Online Registration for Cinnaminson Youth Basketball Continues; Season Begins June 20

Cinnaminson, NJ -- Online registration for the Cinnaminson Township Youth Summer Basketball Program is underway.

The program is for Cinnaminson boys and girls, ages 8-16. Boys and girls play on separate teams.

Divisions are split into third- and fourth-graders, fifth- and sixth-graders and seventh- and eighth-graders. Players must be 16 before June 1, 2016.

Registration is suggested by June 8, as coaches will be splitting up teams next week. Fee is $38.

“This is a very relaxed league built on volunteers,” according to the website. “Children of all skill levels are welcome.”

There are no practices, and each team plays twice a week. Games are Monday-Thursday evening, 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., beginning with the youngest players.

The season runs from June 20-end of July.

Games are played on the basketball courts at Wood Park.

The organization is attempting to hold registrations completely online this year for organizational purposes.
