The victim was found near The Grand Marketplace, which is just south of Veterans Parkway. Their identity has not been disclosed. No arrests have been made as of noon Tuesday. Further information about the crash has not been released. A stretch of Route 130 North was closed until early Tuesday morning as authorities investigated the scene.
