Nothing is cuter than a furry baby in costume: safe, comfortable, appropriately fitting one which does not pose any danger, of course! : )

It was a SPOOKTACULAR Halloween Parade for pets, parents, and children!!!

Eight adorable doggies marched with I’ve Got the ‘Scoop’! through the streets of Palmyra, wowing the crowd, all the way to the dog park at Legion Field!
