The victim in an apparent fatal shooting in Willingboro has been identified, the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office said Friday afternoon.Colby Rodgers, 31, of Mount Laurel, was found after apparently having been shot to death in a parked car on the 600 block of Woodhaven Lane in Willingboro. Police discovered the man after gunshots were reported around 3:15 a.m.The car was removed from the scene.An autopsy will be performed by Burlington County Medical Examiner Dr. Ian Hood.No arrests have been made.
