Police: Man Found in Car High on Suspected Heroin Arrested

A Pennsylvania man was arrested on drug charges after he was found disoriented and incoherent in the parking lot of Roger Wilco, police said this week, Palmyra Police said this week.

John J. Ward III, 41, of Langhorne, was inside a car when police found him, a razor blade, a bag of suspected heroin and a needle that contained a clear fluid. 

Ward was placed under arrest and taken to the hospital for treatment.

He was later charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Ward was later served with the warrant complaint and released on his own recognizance pending court in Palmyra.
