Police: Philly Man Charged With Pot Possession
The incident occurred on New Year's Day.

A Philadelphia who was pulled over by a Palmyra police officer was charged with marijuana possession, officials said.
Police stopped 22-year-old Darrin Spence shortly before 11 p.m. on New Year's Day. The office observed a hand-rolled marijuana-filled cigar on the passenger seat of the vehicle.
Spence was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams. He was processed and released on a summons pending court.
