He was arrested for possession of a bottle of oxycontin pills for which he had no current prescription following a traffic stop for driving on a suspended license in Monroe Township on Oct. 27, 2015. He was indicted by a Gloucester County grand jury on charges of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance and fourth-degree operating a motor vehicle during a second or subsequent license suspension for driving while intoxicated.
