Police Seek Man Who Assaulted Car Wash Employee Twice, Sold Xanax

He was arrested following the execution of a search warrant at his home in 2016. After pleading guilty, he remains at large.

Harris was arrested on Aug. 18, 2016, following the execution of a search warrant at his home in which a quantity of Xanax pills were seized, police said.

The investigation began following the report of a robbery in which Harris is accused of stealing $24 in tips from a car wash employee in Washington Township on June 27, 2016.

Harris assaulted the same person a second time at another township location. This time, a witness saw the assault and recognized Harris, police said.

Following the search of his home and allegations of two earlier sales of Xanax, Harris was arrested and charged with drug distribution on or near a school property, possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and possession of CDS.

On April 11, Harris pleaded guilty to a charge of second degree robbery and third degree possession of CDS.
