Potential Threat Prompts Extra Police Presence At Cinnaminson Carnival
The threat was made in regards to the St. Charles Borromeo Parish Carnival, which starts Monday night on the parish grounds in Cinnaminson.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The Cinnaminson Township Police Department received a tip regarding a potential threat made to the St Charles Borromeo Parish Carnival, the police department said.
The carnival, which is one of the parish's largest fundraisers, is scheduled to start Monday night and run until Saturday night. The event takes place on the parish's grounds, according to the parish's Facebook page.
"Detectives have been working tirelessly to either dismiss or validate the tip," the Cinnaminson Police Department said in a statement. "Therefore, we will have extra police presence at the carnival and ask the public to report any suspicious activity immediately."

Anyone with information about the potential threat was asked to call Cinnaminson Township Police Department at 856-829-6666 and ask to speak to a supervisor.
