Premium Burger Joint Coming Soon To Cinnaminson

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Gouldsburger's is coming soon to Cinnaminson, with the growing South Jersey restaurant chain expected to open in March.

Founded two years ago in Haddonfield, Gouldsburger's has grown to six locations in Greater Philadelphia. The chain of premium burger joints is now franchising and has four more locations on the way, including one in Cinnaminson.

Gouldsburger's centers high-quality ingredients, including prime steakhouse burgers; cheesesteaks with shaved prime beef and all-natural chicken breast; and grass-fed, uncured beef hot dogs. Here's a menu.

David Murray, who founded Gouldsburger's with Walter Gouldsbury, said their cuts of meat make a "huge difference" during a 2023 interview with Patch.

"That 10-pound tube of beef could contain 200 or 300 different cows," Murray said of the meat many restaurants use. "Whereas when you’re buying a specific piece off the primal, like a brisket for our burger for example, that's one cow."

Gouldsburger's expects a March opening for Cinnaminson, according to their Instagram page. A precise date has not been announced.

It will be located in the strip mall with Starbucks on Route 130, according to Cinnaminson Township officials.
