Red Cross Blood Drive In Cinnaminson June 14

CINNAMINSON, NJ — The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive in Cinnaminson on June 14. The donation event takes place at the Cinnaminson Library, 1619 Riverton Road, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Red Cross said it often sees a decline in blood donations around Memorial Day.

“Busy summer schedules, vacations and school breaks also cause a drop in donations,” the Red Cross said. “Accidents and medical emergencies don’t take a summer break — patients need blood every minute, every day.”

The public is asked to schedule an appointment to help ensure that hospitals and patients have the blood they need this summer. Make an appointment to donate blood by downloading the free Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
