Bruce Garganio and Mary Ann O'Brien sent a cease-and-desist order to their opponents, the Burlington County Times reports.

The Republican candidates for Burlington County freeholder are demanding their Democratic opponents remove an advertisement from TV that criticizes the sale of Buttonwood Hospital, saying the ad is “false and defamatory,” the Burlington County Times reports.
Burlington County Freeholder Director Bruce Garganio and running mate Mary Ann O’Brien sent a cease-and-desist order to Democratic candidates Tom Pullion and Mike Schmidt, threatening prosecution and demanding a retraction, according to the report.
