Republicans Criticize Democrats for Broken Promises at Burlington County Freeholder Forum
Ryan Peters and Kate Gibbs are looking to unseat Aimee Belgard and Joanne Schwartz in the Nov. 3 elections.

The Republican candidates blasted the Democrats for not keeping their promises, and the Democratic incumbents touted their successes during the Burlington County Freeholder Forum at Rowan College at Burlington County on Wednesday, the Burlington County Times reports.
Ryan Peters and Kate Gibbs said Freeholders Aimee Belgard and Joanne Schwartz have not kept their promises to make the county an affordable place to live and to vote against raising property taxes, according to the report.
Belgard and Schwartz said they’ve increased transparency and accessibility, and have worked across party lines, according to the report.

If Peters and Gibbs win in the Nov. 3 elections, the Republicans will gain full control of the Freeholder Board.
