Restaurant Week Back In Burlington Co. Here Are The Details

"This is a free promotional opportunity for local restaurants," the county said.

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Burlington County's fourth Restaurant Week will start August 14 and run through August 20, according to the Burlington County Commissioners.

Bringing such an event to Burlington County was Commissioner Felicia Hopson's idea.

"Restaurant Week is a great way for our residents to try new foods, experience new restaurants, and support many of their local favorites," she told Patch. "It’s the perfect incentive for residents to take the family or friends out for an evening of delicious food at some of Burlington County’s best eateries."

The event is a free promotional opportunity for local restaurants and all participating eateries will get table cards and posters to indicate their participation, the county said,

Another commissioner noted this year's event will include at least one suggestion made from previous participating restaurant owners.

"We were told that August would be a beneficial time to hold the event because it’s traditionally a slower period," said Burlington County Deputy Director Tom Pullion.

Leading up to the event, participating restaurants will be highlighted on the County’s social media platforms and the Burlington County website. An interactive map will feature the participating restaurants.

Restaurants who want to learn more about the event can contact the Burlington County Commissioners' Office. Those who already know they want to participate should fill out the form at this link.
