Rite Aid Robber Caught In South Jersey, Police Say
The robber was caught approximately 20 miles away from the scene of the alleged crime, according to authorities.

MARLTON, NJ — A 70-year-old man from Burlington City was arrested in connection with a robbery at a Rite Aid in Marlton last year, the Evesham Police Department said.
Michael Swift allegedly entered the Rite Aid on North Maple Avenue just before 5 p.m. on Nov. 15, handed the cashier a note with "threatening remarks" and demanded cigarettes and cash, according to police. The cashier complied and the Swift fled the scene, according to police.
The subsequent investigation, which included DNA evidence a K9 unit recovered, led authorities to Swift, who was arrested about 20 miles away in Burlington City, police said.

Swift was charged with second-degree robbery in connection with the incident, according to police. He was sent to Burlington County Prison to await further proceedings, according to police.
