Rowan College at Burlington County Artists Showcased During Summer Art Exhibit

The exhibit opens on July 11.

A total of 36 Rowan College at Burlington County students, faculty, alumni and community artists will be represented at the Summer Art Exhibition of 2015, opening Saturday, July 11 at the college’s Student Art Gallery in the Mount Holly Center, 1 High Street.

There will be a free opening reception for the public and artists from noon to 2 p.m. It coincides with Mount Holly’s Second Saturday Arts Crawl.

Jessica Kane Ward will curate this exclusive juried exhibit that showcases the beauty of original artwork in a variety of mediums.

More than 100 works of the finest art, including photography, sculpture, painting, graphic design, and more will be on display.

The exhibit runs through Sept. 12 during regular gallery hours:Wednesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Friday, 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.; and the second Saturday of the month, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
