Rowan College Students To Talk Takeover Tuesday At Town Hall

Rowan College at Burlington County students who have participated in Takeover Tuesday will share their experiences at the next town hall.

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — On Tuesdays, Rowan College at Burlington County turns over its Instagram account to its students.

Students share their day on social media and are generating a buzz in doing so, the college said. The college said it has gained thousands of views, and interactions on its posts have increased.

Some students will share their experiences with Takeover Tuesdays during Rowan College at Burlington County's next Facebook Live Town Hall at 1 p.m. Wednesday.

These students will also shed light on how Rowan College at Burlington County has furthered their educational goals:

  • Rowan College at Burlington County Chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success President and Rowan College at Burlington County Human Services Club Member Kelsey Moss. Moss presented from a mother’s perspective and has completed four takeovers to date. She looks forward to continuing.
  • 3+1 Communications student Angelina Rubinacci, who was kind enough to share her quarantine routine and adorable dog during her takeover. Rubinacci also doubles as a student worker and has been a pivotal voice in RCBC’s website redesign process.
  • Theatre Arts student Nygel Wells, whose motto is “command your day.” Wells lives to inspire others and aims to become a motivational speaker.
