Rowan University Men's Rugby Announces their Fall 2014 Match Schedule

The Rowan Men’s Rugby team is pleased to announce their schedule and roster for the 2014 season. The Profs have three home matches this year and three away, playoffs and tournaments are not included.
After placing seventh in the country during the 2013 Division II Spring Nationals, the Profs finished their fall season with a regular season record of 6-1 in the MARC (Mid Atlantic Rugby Conference) finishing second in the Conference. In 2014, the Profs won the NJ State Rugby Championships in the Princeton Tournament. With a new year and a new starting lineup, the team is excited to take to the field once again to dominate Division II Rugby.
“We’re starting off our season with a match against Lock Haven,” said Rugby Captain JC Carr. “We have a very competitive history with them and preparing for this game has been a great motivation for the guys throughout preseason.”

The following is the 2014 Rowan University Men’s Rugby schedule. All home games will be held on the intramural field at Rowan University located at 201 Mullica Hill Road in Glassboro. Practices will be scheduled on a weekly basis throughout the season.
