Roy Fazio and Cliff Mancine Return To Co-Chair Golf Tournament

Friends since the age of eight, Medford’s Roy Fazio of The Protocall Group and Cinnaminson’s Cliff Mancine of Mancine Optical have teamed up for the past 12 years to co-chair Drive FORE! A Good Cause, the Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice Annual Golf Tournament. This year’s 18-hole scramble- format tournament, presented by The Richardson Family Dealerships, will be held on Monday, June 24 at Little Mill Country Club in Marlton. Both Fazio and Mancine are active volunteers and currently serve on Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice’s Board of Trustees.

“Cliff and Roy have co-chaired Drive FORE! A Good Cause for the past 12 years consecutively. This event would simply not be possible without Cliff and Roy’s hard work, passion and enthusiasm,” explained Mary Ann Boccolini, president/CEO of Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice. “On behalf of all those we serve throughout New Jersey, we thank Cliff and Roy for their tireless commitment to this event, valuable leadership and unwavering dedication to Samaritan’s mission.”

Samaritan’s annual golf tournament has two important goals: to raise funds and to raise awareness. The event features hole-in-one contests to win luxury automobiles and other prizes along with mulligans, 50/50 raffles, and various individual and foursome awards. An online auction allows golfers at the tournament, as well as those who are not able to attend, to bid on a variety of noteworthy items.

Proceeds from the event support Samaritan’s direct care in the South Jersey community to help people to live each day fully and with comfort, support, and dignity, even as they cope with issues of aging, serious illness, and grief.
