Senior Living Facility Possible On Route 130 In Cinnaminson
The proposed facility would be developed on the site of the former Azalea Farm near the intersection of Route 130 South and Highland Avenue.
CINNAMINSON, NJ — Cinnaminson has received a proposal from Westrum Development Company to redevelop open space on Route 130 south for a senior living facility, township officials announced.
The property is the former Azalea Farm near the intersection of Route 130 and Highland Avenue. The facility would be made up of independent living, assisted living and memory care.
“We are excited that a development company with the experience and track record of Westrum has chosen to do business in Cinnaminson Township,” Deputy Mayor Ryan Horner said. “We look forward to working with them on bringing a great senior facility to the Township and enhancing the streetscape of the Route 130 corridor.”

The Cinnaminson Township Committee has forwarded the proposal to the Township’s Economic Development Committee, who will review the proposal and make recommendations to the Township Committee for their consideration.
