Show Features Work Of Cinnaminson Artist

The show also features work from 48 other Burlington County artists.

EASTAMPTON, NJ — A Cinnaminson woman is among the artists whose work is on display at Burlington County's Seventh Senior Art Show.

With works from Cinnaminson's Carol Fitzpatrick and 48 others on display this year, the show contains about twice as many works as last year, according to Burlington County Commissioner Felicia Hopson.

Participation in the Senior Art Show was limited to Burlington County residents who were aged older than 60 years, whether they were professional artists or not, a news release said.

Submissions could be in one of the following media: acrylic paint, oil paint, mixed media, watercolor and gouache, pastel and chalk, printmaking, photography, sculpture or craft, according to the news release.

Judges will select a first-place winner in each media, and that person's artwork will be automatically entered in the New Jersey Senior Art Show scheduled for later this year, the news release said.

The Senior Art Show can be seen now through July 24 at the Workers House Gallery within the Village of Smithville, according to a press release. The gallery's hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays, according to the news release.
