South Jersey Man Denied Request for Jail Time

A man has been denied in his attempt to serve jail time in lieu of paying traffic fines for a DWI in Riverton in 2005, the Courier Post reports.

Fred S. Lehmann, who lived in Delran at the time of the incident, was requesting jail time to be served concurrently with another sentence on drug charges because he was unable to pay $853 in fines, according to the report.
