South Jersey Man Found Guilty of Threatening to Behead Restaurant Owner

His co-conspirator remains at large.

A Burlington County man who threatened to behead a restaurant owner in Pennsylvania has been convicted on a number of offenses,nj.com reports.

Decee Karngbaye, 33, of Willingboro, was convicted of three counts of robbery, conspiracy and two counts of theft by extortion.

He was found guilty of beating the owner of an Ethiopian restaurant and tying him up on three different occasions last year, according to the report. In one instance, he showed the man a picture of a person being beheaded, and said this would happen to him and his loved ones if he didn’t cooperate.

Cole Williams, 35, of Willingboro has also been charged in the incident. He remains at large.
