3 Dead in South Jersey Murder-Suicide: Police
Breaking: A man killed his wife and son before turning the gun on himself Monday night.

A South Jersey man fatally shot his wife and son before committing suicide Monday night, authorities announced.
Ruben Johnson Jr., 50, fatally shot his wife, Mishanda, 48, and their 10-year-old son before turning the gun on himself inside their home on Sunflower Circle in Burlington Township around 10:15 p.m. Monday night, according to Burlington County Prosecutor Robert D. Bernardi and Burlington Township Director of Public Safety Bruce Painter.
The investigation determined that no additional suspects were involved with the shootings. Police are working to determine a motive.

The investigation is being conducted by detectives from the Burlington Township Police Department and the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and Crime Scene Unit.
The New Jersey State Police T.E.A.M.S. Unit provided assistance with the initial search of the home.
