Suspect Sought In Cinnaminson Car Burglaries

The burglaries happened Sunday night into Monday morning, police said.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — One person was in custody and another remained on the loose after a string of car burglaries in Cinnaminson earlier this week, police said.

The break-ins occurred between approximately 11 p.m. Sunday and 2 a.m. Monday in the Smethwycke neighborhood of the township, according to the Cinnaminson Police Department.

Police asked everyone in that area to check their vehicles to see if anything appears out of place or missing within them.

Those residents were also asked to check their surveillance camera footage to see if they have any video of the burglars.
