Tai Chi at Cinnaminson Library

Join us for a FREE beginner's course in Qigong and Tai Chi!

This is a beginner’s course in Qigong and Tai Chi, slow, gentle forms of exercise that help increase energy, flexibility, balance and body awareness. Those who suffer from bad posture, stiff joints, tension and instability should find the course especially helpful. No special equipment or attire required other than loose-fitting clothing and soft, flat-bottom shoes. Please call or visit the the adult Reference desk at the library to sign up. (856) 829-9340.
