Tattoo-Removal Studio Opens In Cinnaminson

Removery, which has nearly 150 locations worldwide, just opened its first South Jersey studio.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Looking to get that ex's name removed from your skin? A new business in Cinnaminson will have you (un)covered.

Removery opened Tuesday in the township, bringing the chain of tattoo-removal studios into South Jersey. The business has 128 locations in the United States — plus eight in Canada and 12 in Australia.

Using the PicoWay laser system by Candela, Removery promises the "safest, most effective" laser tattoo-removal procedures. Removery also has a clinical advisory board for tattoo removal, dedicated to the industry's advancement.

Removery also has a studio in Philadelphia — previously the closest option for South Jersey customers.

"After an extensive analysis of the market, it became clear that Cinnaminson, with its vibrant community, was the perfect fit for Removery's expansion," Jo Kelton, Removery's chief operating officer, said in a statement. "As a company dedicated to empowering individuals on their personal journeys, we are making our transformative services more available to the Cinnaminson, Cherry Hill, and Moorestown communities who were eager for more convenient locations near their neighborhood.

The Cinnaminson studio is located at 175 Route 130, Suite G). The 2,169-square-foot facility features two treatment rooms and two consultation rooms.

Regular business hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.
