Teen Recorded Victim Using Bathroom At Burlington Co. Store: Police

Authorities determined that he recorded someone under the stall for his own sexual gratification.

MARLTON, NJ — A teen recorded someone who was using the bathroom in a Marlton store, officials said. Police are examining whether David Reyes may have victimized anyone else.

Officers were dispatched Sunday to the Burlington store at Marlton Crossing for a report of suspicious activity. The victim noticed a cell phone being held under the stall and recording him, authorities said.

Through further investigation, police identified Reyes as the suspect. Authorities found probable cause that Reyes deliberately recorded the victim using the bathroom for his own sexual gratification.
