Township Budget to Be Introduced Tonight

1. Budget—The budget will be introduced tonight by ordinance. Basics of this year's budget, such as how much it is and the potential impact on a homeowner here, will be identified. The public hearing, with a complete breakdown and questions asked by the general public, will be held on April 16.  the township is slated to receive the same amount of state aid as last year.

2. Park Hours—Under new business, township committee members will discuss possible changes to Cinnaminson parks' hours during the offseason, from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

3. GPS Devices—As . Deputy Mayor Anthony Minniti wanted to talk to township committee members about looking into the mapping devices for all township-owned vehicles following the recent .

 

4. Nepotism—Township committee will discuss nepotism "in light of what happened in another agency," said Mayor Don Brauckmann. "We decided to take a look at the pros and cons of a nepotism policy. We're just reviewing it. It's obviously an area of concern."

 

5. Site plans—Township committee will discuss the issue of new businesses coming into town and the proper procedure for submitting site plans. "We just want to make sure everyone is in compliance," Brauckmann said.
