Two Cinnaminson Wrestlers Capture District Titles
A total of nine wrestlers advanced to the regional round as the Pirates finished second as a team.

The Cinnaminson High School wrestling team crowned a pair of district champions and finished second as a team in the District 26 tournament at Holy Cross on Saturday, according to nj.com.
Keith Swartley won the heavyweight title with a major decision victory over Delran’s Anthony Grozozki in the final. Swartley remained undefeated, improving to 30-0. He advanced to the final with a pinfall victory over Burlington Township’s Eric Saunders in the semifinals. He scored the pinfall in two minutes, 29 seconds.
Shaun Davilla won a district title at 170 pounds with a 7-2 win over Moorestown’s Nate Dalmass in the final. He advanced to the final with a major decision win over Burlington Township’s Hansley Dalambert in the semifinals.

The Pirates placed seven more wrestlers in the regional round en route to scoring 156 points as a team. They were second to Holy Cross, which captured the district title with 189.5 points.
Ryan Teague took second place at 138 pounds, falling to Burlington City’s Amir Harper, 7-4, in the final. He advanced to the final with a major decision victory over Holy Cross’s Beau Bruneau in the semifinals. He pinned Bordentown’s Makhy Smith in 3:41 in the quarterfinals.

Michael Dunleavy finished second at 160, falling to Holy Cross’s Cam Wasson, 4-0. In the semifinals, he defeated Burlington City’s Isaiah Wesley, 5-1, in the semifinals. He defeated Riverside’s Ariel Carreno, 7-3, in the quarterfinals.
Five more wrestlers advanced with third-place finishes, including TJ Emanuel (106), Isaiah Elias (113), Kevin Schoch (120), Andrew Halecki (195) and Joe Cody (220).
