John J. DeVece, 44, of Delran was pronounced dead at the scene after being hit by a Nissan SUV at about 4:05 p.m. on Route 130 northbound, at Tenby Chase Drive, according to police.
A Willingboro resident who drove the car was not hurt and will not been charged. The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene, according to police.
