Victim IDed After Fatal Crash In Cinnaminson: Police

The man, 89, was lying in the roadway before a truck hit him, authorities said.

CINNAMINSON, NJ — Police have identified the victim of Friday's fatal crash in Cinnaminson.

Robert A. Richardson, 89, was struck on Route 130 just minutes after he walked out of his senior-living facility, police said Tuesday.

Richardson lived at Azalea at Cinnaminson on Route 130 South. He was last seen there around 6:30 a.m. Friday, when he exited a side door, police said.

About 5 minutes later, a tractor-trailer struck Richardson in the curb lane of Route 130 South, police said. Before the collision, Richardson was lying in the roadway for an unknown reason, according to law enforcement.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
