PALMYRA, NJ — A Palmyra woman was found shot to death last night in the parking lot of a self-service car wash in that municipality, the Burlington County Prosecutor and Palmyra Police Chief said in a press release. Alicia Stilley, 28, of Cinnaminson was found dead outside her car at Hot Wet &amp; Wax on Filmore Street at approximately 10:45 p.m. Monday, according to the press release. The motive for the shooting is still under investigation and no arrests were immediately made, the press release said.
