1 Car Stolen, 2 Burglarizes In Clark

Five people were also arrested last week for lewdness, drugs, shoplifting and warrants in Clark, police report

CLARK, NJ — One car was stolen and two were burglarized last week in Clark, police report.

Clark Police Blotter:

On Dec. 12 at 7:22 a.m.: Police took a report of a stolen motor vehicle, which was removed from a residence in the vicinity of Wendell Place. The incident is under investigation. P.O. Marty Venezio was the Investigating Officer.

On Dec. 13 at 7:12 a.m.: Police took a report of burglaries to two motor vehicles that were parked at a residence in the vicinity of James Avenue. The incident is under investigation. Det. Brian Pereira was the Investigating Officer.

On Dec. 14 at 10 a.m.: In the vicinity of Lamberts Mill Road in Westfield, police arrested John Santos, age 20, single, a student of Roselle for Lewdness. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Det. Alex Yanes was the Arresting Officer.

On Dec. 14 at 11:09 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound, police arrested Stephen Lambrecht, age 30, single, a landscaper of Middletown for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $369.98, from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Avenue. He was also detained on outstanding warrant, totaling $1,000, from Roselle Park for contempt of court. He was released on the Clark charges pending a court date and subsequently turned over to the Roselle Park Police Department on their warrant. Det. Brandon Pitts was the Arresting Officer.

On Dec. 15 at 11:13 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Rashee Roberson, age 30, single, a barber of Orange on an outstanding warrant, totaling $2,320 from the Union County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Sheriff’s Department. P.O. Miguel Acabou was the Arresting Officer.

On Dec. 17 at 11:39 p.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue in Clark, police arrested Victor Morel, age 24, single, a driver of Paterson for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Michael Ciaccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Dec. 17 at 2:49 p.m.: In the vicinity of Gibson Boulevard, police arrested Anthony Hayes, age 48, married, a delivery person of Elizabeth on an outstanding warrant from the Union County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Union County Sheriff’s Department. P.O. Michael Somma was the Arresting Officer.
