13-Year-Old Threatens Linden School On Snapchat, Suspended: Cops
Additional police will be at the school on Monday as a precaution.

LINDEN, NJ — A 13-year-old Linden boy was suspended Monday after he made threats against a city middle school, police said.
The threat was posted on Snapchat, and it's believed to be related to a similar threat made on Friday, Linden Police said.
"Each and every day parents trust us to protect the most valuable people in their lives, and we do not take that responsibility lightly," said Linden Police Chief Dave Hart. "Any threat to our students, faculty, or staff will be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent."

Additional police will be at the school on Monday as a precaution.
The incident remains under investigation by the Linden Police Juvenile Aid Bureau, and anyone with information is urged to contact Det. Steve Zevlikaris at 908-474-8520.
