2 Clark Locals Arrested On Charges Including DUI, Drugs
2 thefts from Clark vehicles were also reported last week, according to the police blotter.

CLARK, NJ — Two Clark locals were among the eight people arrested on charges including driving under the influence and drug possession, according to the police blotter.
On Sept. 26 at 11:17 p.m.: In the vicinity of 76 Central Ave., police arrested Carlo Serrano, 19, of Clark for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Sept. 29 at 3 a.m.: In the vicinity of Lexington Boulevard, police arrested Daniel Fraser, 24, of Clark forDUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On Sept. 25 at 12:06 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of items from an unsecured vehicle that was parked on Gibson Boulevard. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Alex Ruiz was the investigating officer.

On Sept. 27 at 10:51 a.m.: In the vicinity of Central Avenue, police arrested Levar Spruill, 41, of Rahway for hindering apprehension. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Sergio D’Andrea was the arresting officer.
On Sept. 27 at 10:11 p.m.: In the vicinity of Lake Avenue, police arrested Britanie McDonald, 25, of Plainfield on outstanding warrants from Westfield, New Jersey for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the Westfield Police Department. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Sept. 28 at 11:13 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Nathan Lofton, 42, of East Orange for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the arresting officer.
On Sept. 29 at 11:23 p.m.: In the vicinity of Oak Ridge Road, police arrested Daivaun Turner, 20, of Plainfield on outstanding warrants totaling $575 from Piscataway and Plainfield for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Plainfield Police Department. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the arresting officer.
On Sept. 30 at 12:30 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway, police arrested Lamor Booker, 29, of Paterson for possession of CDS. Also arrested was Qwashon Pipkin, 30, of Hawthorne for hindering apprehension. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.
On Sept. 30 at 5:56 a.m.: Police took a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle that was parked on
Cellar Avenue. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the investigating officer.
