2 Clark Locals Shot Stores With BB Gun, Charged: Police
Shahid Latif and Sarah Zappulla were arrested and charged after police say they used a BB gun to shoot the glass windows of storefronts.
CLARK, NJ — Two Clark residents were arrested and charged after police say they used a BB gun to shoot the plate glass windows of many different storefronts in town.
Shahid Latif and Sarah Zappulla, both of Clark, were arrested and charged with possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and criminal mischief, said Clark Police.
Clark Police reported 16 incidents of criminal mischief from March 8 through June 2 where the storefront windows in town were damaged.

"After a long investigation Det. McDonald, aided by Det. Joy, was able to identify and charge two suspects," said police.
Both Latif and Zappulla were charged on warrants and sent to the Union County Jail to await a first appearance hearing.
