2 Stolen Cars, 4 Burglaries Reported In Clark

A total of two vehicles were stolen out of Clark and four more were burglarized, according to the police blotter.

CLARK, NJ — A total of two vehicles were stolen out of Clark and four more were burglarized, according to the police blotter.

Clark Police Blotter:

On Feb. 26 at 6:55 p.m.: Police took a report of a stolen motor vehicle that was removed from a residence on Gibson Boulevard. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Alex Ruiz was the investigating officer.

On Feb. 28 at 3:06 a.m.: At the Morris County Jail, police arrested Tione Davis, 35, of Newark and Meshach Whagar, 29, of Newark for robbery, conspiracy and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. Both individuals remain in custody at the Morris County Jail pending court dates. Police Officer Alex Yanes was the arresting officer.

On Feb. 28 at 11:49 a.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Latoya Thompson, 22, of Avenel on outstanding warrants, totaling $1,427, from Vineland and Woodbridge. She was subsequently turned over to the Woodbridge Police Department. Police Officer Pedro Oliveira was the arresting officer.

On Feb. 28 at 2:26 p.m.: Police arrested Daisy Ramos, 37, of Elizabeth for fraud, forgery and receiving stolen property. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On Feb. 28 at 3:01 p.m.: At the Somerset County Jail, police arrested Charles Stankiewicz, 34, of Colonia for shoplifting from the Marshall’s Department Store at 45 Central Ave. He remains in custody at the Somerset County Jail pending a court date. Detective Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On March 1 at 6:32 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of a motor vehicle that was removed from a
residence on Cellar Avenue. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Brandon Pitts was the investigating officer.

On March 1 at 1o:14 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Jephthah Gamo, 26, of Clark for obstruction of justice. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Sgt. George Marmarou was the arresting officer.

On March 4 at 5:23 a.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked at a
residence on Garside Place. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Michael DeAngelo was the investigating officer.

On March 4 at 9:29 a.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Kenneth Place. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Anthony Salas was the investigating officer.

On March 4 at 9:50 a.m.: Police took reports of two burglaries to motor vehicles that were parked at
residences on Hutchinson Street. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Anthony Salas was the investigating officer.
