3 Unlocked Vehicles Burglarized Overnight In Clark

Clark Police also reported making five drug-related, one shoplifting and one outstanding warrant arrests recently.

CLARK, NJ — Three unlocked vehicles were all burglarized overnight on the same street in Clark, police report.

On Oct. 25 at 6:40 a.m: Police took a report of a burglary to an unsecured motor vehicle that was parked in front of a residence on Carolina Street. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Sergio Henriques was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 22 at 8:29 p.m.: In the vicinity of Lamberts Mill Road, police arrested Eyad Khalifeh, 25, of Scotch Plains for possession of controlled dangerous substance(CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 23 at 1:45 a.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Keshon Roberson, 20, of Paterson for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 23 at 9:13 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Leo Soberanis, 34, of Rahway for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 26 at 2:17 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway southbound connector, police arrested
Michael King, 28, of Matawan on an outstanding warrant from the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Middlesex County Jail. Police Officer Mateusz Pazdan was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 26 at 10:31 a.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Victor Allen, 61, of Irvington for
simple assault. Also arrested was Victor Smith, 55, of Edison for possession of CDS paraphernalia. Both
individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Michael Somma was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 28 at 3:05 p.m.: Police arrested Susan Wong, 44, of Edison for shoplifting merchandise valued at $161.45 from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Ted McKeown was the arresting officer.

On Oct. 29 at 11:51 p.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Ruben Delgado, 21, of Cranford for possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.
