4 Clark, 1 Garwood Locals Arrested For Drugs, Theft, Disorderly Conduct: Blotter

One Clark woman was arrested for unlawfully using credit cards and theft, according to the blotter.

CLARK, NJ — A total of four Clark locals and a Garwood local were arrested last week for drugs, theft and disorderly conduct, according to police.

Clark Police Blotter:

On Jan. 4 at 1:22 a.m.: At 1190 Cellar Avenue, police arrested Christopher Taormina, age 27, single, a manager of Clark for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Bruce McDonald was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 4 at 10:45 a.m.: At 2743 Audrey Terrace in Union, police arrested Richard Borges, age 25, single, unemployed of Union for obstruction and resisting arrest. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. P.O. Ronny Taborda was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 4 at 3:47 p.m.: At the Newark Police Department, police arrested Jane Catarino, age 34, single, unemployed of Clark for theft and unlawful use of credit cards. Bail was set at $30,000, and she was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Det. Alex Yanes was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 5 at 5:30 p.m.: In the vicinity of Ritter Place, police arrested Tylor Mulroy, age 19, single, a store clerk of Clark and Gustavo Pares, age 19, single, unemployed of Garwood for possession of CDS and disorderly conduct. Also arrested was Domenic Stallone, age 18, single, a student of Clark for possession of CDS, disorderly conduct and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle. All three individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. P.O. Sergio D’Andrea was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 6 at 4:02 p.m.: Police arrested Damien Sanchez, age 20, single, a cashier of Rahway for shoplifting merchandise, valued at $516.86, from the Target Department Store at 45 Central Avenue. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Alexander Ruiz was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 7 at 12:27 a.m.: At 186 Westfield Avenue, police arrested Eric Murphy, age 29, married, a student of Snellville, Georgia for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. P.O. Michael Ciaccio was the Arresting Officer.

On Jan. 9 at 12:55 a.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Timothy Spoonauer, age 26, single, employment status unknown of Kenilworth for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Sgt. Joseph Teston was the Arresting Officer.
