5 Arrested For Shoplifting In Clark Stores
Clark Police report making a total of 8 arrests for shoplifting, driving under the influence and outstanding warrants last week.

CLARK, NJ — Clark Police report making a total of eight arrests for shoplifting, driving under the influence and outstanding warrants last week.
Clark Police Blotter:
On May 14 at 6:21 p.m.: Police arrested Joseph Cavallo, 25, of Atlantic Highlands for shoplifting merchandise valued at $193.31 from the Shop-Rite Supermarket at 76 Central Ave. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Andrew Medeiros was the arresting officer.

On May 16 at 6:45 p.m.: Police arrested Alex Palomino, 37, of Paterson, Clark Yanez, 28, of Paterson and Emmanuel Ortiz, 25, of Paterson for shoplifting merchandise valued at $966.76 from the Marshall’s Department Store at 77 Central Ave. Palomino was also charged with hindering apprehension, and he had a no bail warrant from Mercer County. Palomino was turned over to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department,and the remaining suspects were subsequently released pending court dates. Police Officer Andrew Medeiros was the arresting officer.
On May 19 at 2:43 p.m.: At 36 Valley Road, police arrested Raymond Scura, 28, of Staten Island on an outstanding no bail warrant from White Marsh, Pennsylvania and a warrant from Marlton in the amount of $750 for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Police Officer Pedro Oliveira was the arresting officer.

On May 19 at 4 p.m.: Police arrested Anthony Wiggins, 46, of East Orange for shoplifting merchandise valued at $339.90 from the Marshall’s Department Store at 77 Central Ave. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Somma was the arresting officer.
On May 20 at 2:38 a.m.: In the vicinity of Terminal Avenue, police arrested Maucelio Cifuentes, 37, of North Plainfield for DUI. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.
On May 21 at 1:24 a.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Stephanie Bolden, 24, of Rahway on an outstanding warrant in the amount of $500 from Rahway for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the Rahway Police Department. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.
