ALDI To Host Hiring Event For Union County Stores

ROSELLE, NJ — ALDI will host hiring events at several of its New Jersey stores including in Union County on Thursday.

The Union County hiring event will be held at the ALDI located at 1235 St. George Ave. in Roselle will take place from noon to 6 p.m. They will be hiring Store Associates, Shift Managers and Manager Trainees for the Edison, Linden, Roselle, South Plainfield, Union and Woodbridge stores.

Salary/Wages:

• Manager Trainee: $55,000 to $70,000 per year ($25 to $27 per hour averaging 40-45 hours per week), with an opportunity to earn $73,000 to $95,000 per year as a Store Manager
• Shift Manager: $16.60 to $16.95 per hour ($12.35 to $12.70 per hour plus $4.25 per hour when performing manager duties). Base pay will increase after six months of employment
• Store Associate: $12.35 to $12.70 per hour. Base pay will increase after six months of employment

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be available to work anytime between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., Monday-Sunday
• Retail experience preferred (Management experience preferred for Manager Trainees)
• Ability to lift 45 pounds
