• Clark Limits Parking At Municipal Building After Senior Complaints (patch.com) — Clark residents, especially seniors, will soon find it easier to park at the municipal building after the council approved a three-hour limit on 20 key spaces along the main driveway. The change targets all-day parking by Arthur L. Johnson High School students and others, aiming to keep spots open for seniors’ meetings, community events, and township business.    

• Clark Pushes Back On State ADU Bill As NJ Towns Fight Trenton Housing Mandates (patch.com) — Clark’s Township Council has formally voted to oppose a state bill that would require towns like Clark to allow accessory dwelling units on residential properties, arguing it would override local zoning and strain services. Local officials say residents are already worried about oversized homes and parking, and this mandate could further increase density as Trenton pushes broader housing changes statewide.
