CLARK, NJ — A delivery worker accused of stealing more than $17,000 worth of jewelry from a Clark home turned himself in to police Tuesday following an investigation into the reported theft, authorities said.
Police identified the suspect as Treshon X. Revan, 32, of Edison, who was charged with third-degree theft of movable property. He is scheduled to appear next month in Union County Superior Court.
Police said the investigation began after a resident reported on June 20 that more than $17,000 worth of jewelry had been stolen from the home. The homeowner told officers the items may have been taken by workers who had recently made a delivery to the residence.
Revan turned himself in at Clark Police Headquarters Tuesday, police said.
