• New Jersey's 15 best Jewish delis, ranked for 2026 (nj.com subscription) — Deli King of Clark has been named one of New Jersey's top Jewish delis for 2026, spotlighted for its kosher menu, long-running family ownership, and standout turkey club and pastrami. The statewide ranking puts this unassuming Clark strip-mall spot in elite company, alongside classic delis from Newark, Livingston, Cherry Hill, and beyond.
• Girls Soccer: Scotch Plains-Fanwood Edges Previously Unbeaten AL Johnson, 2-1 (tapinto.net) — A.L. Johnson High School's girls soccer team from Clark suffered its first loss of the season, falling 2-1 on the road to Scotch Plains-Fanwood despite seven saves from goalkeeper Addyson Layfield. Johnson, now 2-1, will look to bounce back quickly with another match scheduled Thursday against New Providence.
