BMW Stolen In Clark Armed Carjacking: Police
Breaking: The Clark resident was sitting in his 2012 BMW in the driveway when 2 black men approached both sides of the car armed with guns.

CLARK, NJ — A armed carjacking was reported in Clark while a local resident was sitting inside the car in his driveway, police reported.
On Wednesday at about 4:30 a.m., a resident was sitting in his 2012 BMW in the driveway of his home in the 900 block of Lake Avenue when two black men approached both sides of the car armed with handguns, Clark Police Chief Pedro M. Matos reported.
The men ordered the resident out of the vehicle and took some personal property from the victim along with the car keys and the car. The victim was unharmed, Matos said.

The suspects are described as blacks men about 5'9" to 5'10." One had a thin build, the other muscular. One had dreadlocks while the other had a red baseball cap on and both had bandannas covering their faces, Matos said.
It is believed that a second dark-colored Audi also fled the area with the stolen BMW. The victim's vehicle was recovered in the city of Newark later the same day, Matos said.

Multiple luxury vehicles have been stolen over recent weeks in the surrounding area. An unlocked Porsche was stolen in Warren on Sunday and a total of seven cars were also stolen recently in Monmouth County.
