B stands for Being Dishonest, B stands for Blumenstock

This weekend I received a mailer from Jen Blumenstock and I noticed it said, “Saving you Thousands Annually.”

Maybe you received it too?

Since I have become aware of a pattern of dishonest rhetoric by Blumenstock to the community, I decided to look further into this statement. Here is what I discovered:

1. Jen Blumenstock campaigned in 2016, telling the community that the developer from Vermella was purchasing Garwood a rescue ladder truck. This was completely false and funded completely by us, the Garwood taxpayers.

2. Jen Blumenstock said “Yes” to every single capital purchase in 2022 put forth by the department heads, costing the borough well over 1 million dollars.

3. Garwood Borough debt has increased from $3.2 million to $7 million since Jen Blumenstock’s election.

Blumenstock and Lazaro are NOT saving us thousands annually.

We need to look at FACT vs. FICTION.

Blumenstock and Finance Chair, Lazarow are NOT what our community needs.

Garwood needs Fiscal Responsibility and Honesty!
