Boy Critically Injured After Hit-And-Run: Union PD
Union Township Police are searching for a white or silver van that was driving on Galloping Hill Road when it reportedly hit the boy.
UNION, NJ — A juvenile is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a van hit the boy and fled the scene in Union Township on Wednesday night.
Union Township Police are searching for a white or silver van that was driving north on Galloping Hill Road on July 17 at 7:57 p.m.
The van hit the boy in front of 296 Galloping Hill Road, did not stop and kept driving north on the roadway, police said.

The boy suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to University Hospital. He remains in critical condition, police said.
The roadway was closed for three hours during the investigation.

Any witnesses to the crash are asked to call the Union Township Traffic Bureau at 908-851-5070.
