CLARK, NJ — Clark Police reported making multiple arrests for shoplifting, drug possession, warrants and more.

Clark Police Blotter:

On March 5 at 4:39 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue in Rahway, police arrested Samaelle Barthelus, 24, of Elizabeth for hindering apprehension. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Ted McKeown was the arresting officer.

On March 5 at 6:32 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Alexander Hayhurst, 23, of Clark for unlawful taking of means of conveyance. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Detective Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On March 7 at 11:38 a.m.: Police took a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle from a resident on Amelia Drive. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Sergio Henriques was the investigating officer.

On March 9 at 12:55 p.m.: Police took a report of a theft of an item from a patron of L.A. Fitness at 1255 Raritan Road. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Michael Somma was the investigating officer.

On March 11 at 12:02 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound, police arrested Tiago Goncalves, 26, of Hillside for possession of controlled dangerous substance (CDS). He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On March 11 at 6:13 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Ralph Rojas, 23, of Irvington on outstanding warrants, totaling $1,000, from Clark for contempt of court. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On March 12 at 2:07 a.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound, police arrested Emmanuel Paradela, 21, of Union for possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.

On March 12 at 8:18 a.m.: Police took a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle that was parked at a residence on Ivy Street. The incident is under investigation. Police Officer Anthony Salas was the investigating officer.

On March 13 at 7:06 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound, police arrested
Tasheem Hargrove, 19, of Rahway for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.

On March 13 at 9:37 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Morinda Pierre, 23, of Newark for possession of CDS. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Paul Sosnowski was the arresting officer.

On March 14 at 12:30 p.m.: At headquarters, police arrested Kristina Antonucci, 21, of Roselle Park for shoplifting. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Det. Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On March 15 at 10 a.m.: Police arrested Kenneth Meier, 26, of Cranford for shoplifting. He was released on the Clark charges pending a court date, and he was subsequently turned over to the Garwood Police Department on their warrant in the amount of $750 for contempt of court. Detective Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.

On March 16 at 8:46 p.m.: In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, police arrested Sheldon Royster, 24, of Rahway for possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Joshua Weber was the arresting officer.

On March 18 at 8:35 p.m.: In the vicinity of Central Avenue, police arrested Carmen Jimenez, 51, of Colonia on an outstanding no bail warrant from the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. He was subsequently transported to the Middlesex County Jail. Police Officer Sergio D’Andrea was the arresting officer.

On March 18 at 11:43 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Grand Street, police arrested Travis Kelly, 22, of Rahway for possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.
