GARWOOD, NJ — Social media posts claiming there was an attempted child abduction near Lincoln School on Tuesday are not true, Garwood Police said.
"This report is patently false. We urge all to post responsibly," Garwood Police tweeted Wednesday.
The police saw the posts on social media and sent out their response on Wednesday morning.
